Single-Point-of-Contact Service
A Relocation or Global Assignment Consultant is appointed as the single point-of- contact to work with the transferring family throughout the relocation or global assignment process. This approach fosters true ownership and accountability for the move with one Consultant who is empowered with the tools and operational latitude to make decisions that best serve the needs of the transferring employee.
Metrics
At Paragon we implement continuous measurement of all of our services and processes. Service evaluations are sent at the conclusion of each employee move and at the end of each at-post year for global assignments to measure our success and/or better understand areas requiring improvement. Process mapping is used to develop specific metrics so that we can measure the timing of events to best facilitate the relocation process.

We keep our clients informed of changes and try to keep their programs ahead of the curve so that they can avoid foreseeable changes in the economy, legislation or individual relocation challenges. To measure the level of commitment, we administer a client customer survey every six months with contacts and users at our client companies. The survey measures our service, billing accuracy, partnership and value.
